    Talk about customer service, brothers Adrian and Ivo along with the staff at Abbey Ceramics went way beyond any other tile retailer.
    We purchased all our original tiles from Abbey Ceramics in 2003
    We tiled the bathrooms floor to ceiling, plus the kitchen, anyway 2006 we had a plumbing problem in the main bathroom.
    The tiles we used were now all but discontinued, now these guys amazed me by going the extra mile and going right out of their way to help, they searched and found identical tiles to replace the tiles broken by the plumber, saving us from forking out thousands of dollars to have the entire bathroom re-tiled with a different tile.
    On this score well done Abbey Ceramics.
    Fast forward to October 2014, I contacted Adrian to get some info regarding towel rails that I purchased from somewhere when we were building, I thought we may have got them when we originally purchased the tiles, but no we didn't. Adrian remembered me and was full of suggestions on where we may have got them, again great customer service.
    You cant beat the personal friendly service you get from this family owned business.
    I can honestly recommend Abbey Ceramics to anyone in the need for tiles.
