  The guys were really helpful and friendly. I picked up an online order and in ordering the wrong size, they let me check that I got the right one and sorted out the return and refund straight away.

  Very helpful staff, large collection of items. They don't have specific tools made only by car manufacturers but they can help how to build your own. Very reasonable prices. There are also enough staff members for quick service.

  Bad service with a frown. Went in for pair of headlights the young guy says we have only one. Checked with other store and they said their system showed there is two in store.
  
  Went back in and the guys checks again and says yes with no apologies whatsoever.
  Ever heard that professionalism goes a long way and clearly lacking at this store.

  I'm in there every week, and never have a bad thing to say. The team are knowledgeable, professional, polite, go the extra mile, serve with a smile, and if they cant help, they always know who can.

  I was sold the incorrect car battery for my vehicle after providing the model details to a staff member on their system to ensure the correct battery was provided. I mentioned the battery being much larger and expensive than I remembered purchasing in the past and so a cheaper battery which also seemed huge was offered but we trusted her advice and bought that one. BOTH suggested batteries were incorrect. This meant I was stranded at 9pm, on the street, in the torrential rain, standing in a puddle, trying to figure out why a battery recommended to me was double in size to the original one and didn't fit. I was freezing cold, saturated and panicked. I had to pay for a taxi to work and ask a work collegue to drive me to Repco and back to exchange.
  
  The manager "James" was dismissive of my inconveniences, defensive and after speaking to the accused girl sneakily on the side, tried to accuse ME of opting for an unsuitable battery which was never the case - I only asked if there was a cheaper option than the $195+ battery and was physically shown a $137 one and was told that one was also suitable. I would never pick my own battery as I don't know how to which is why I needed assistance.
  
  The correct battery was on special and I was told I could not recieve any extra discount, store credit or compensation which was further frustrating because the error had cost me time and money, yet the store was still able to further profit off me like every other customer entitled to the same special. I never recieved a smile, sympathy or proper apology from James during my interrogation, however, Mitchell was very helpful, apologetic and made the best out of a bad situation. 
  
  As someone who owns small business and works in service/ retail, I am appalled at the lack of respect and customer service from management. I am not just some annoying customer having a whinge. I was appeasing, cooperative and simply wanted to be compensated properly for the potentially serious error made, but instead was patronised by management. I don't feel comfortable going into a Repco store ever again.
