- So Much Lie Added April 02, 2018★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆On completion, we hired an independent company to assess our home. He found the brick work is better compared to other builders (Pros).
Cons: The builder made changes from the off-plan drawing as they miscalculated a lot of things. Forgot to install screen door and once installed they only left 2cm space to the door frame. Everytime we turn the key, our thumb rubs onto the door frame. Problem with toilet and independent plumber said it is the wrong choice of toilet seat and the drainage measured wrongly (had they moved it more to one side it would be all right), and forgot to install a TV point. The case-officers who assisted with the color choices (wall, kitchen bench, tiles) come and go from the company like flies.
Value for money isn't great but it is a well know builder in WA. In conclusion, look and compare with other builders before deciding to go with RBWA.
