- The Gunman Added July 23, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The stuff they picked at rental inspections was absolutely ridiculous. They tried pinning 25+ years worth of black stains from underneath a tree on me after I had been there for about a year and a half. That's not to mention even if I had been there for the entire 25 years it would still not be my responsibility. I would actively avoid using them as a rental agent in future. They make you feel like a number not a person.

Obviously the agent (Philip) is employed by the vendor, but the levels of professionalism, courtesy and good service I have encountered have been amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and his communication was prompt and helpful.
I know when I come to sell in the future, I will be using Saraceni as my real estate agency and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling.

He organised a tenant for my investment property whilst we were trying to sell it, which he also handled. Sale was smooth and drama free. I would highly recommend him to handle the sale of your property. Being a family owned business they all actually care and talk to each other which is a rare occurence in business these days.
