  Had recently a bad experience with their custmer service. I had a problem with the battery purchased a wile ago, i have been to the shop to try to fix the problem, they kept the battery with the promess of a call the day after and after 5 days without call i have been to visit the shop to see what happen. a young operator been very rude when he saw me, i even showed him that the battery wasn't able to run 2 little camping fridge that i had with me at the moment. Only things i heard from him was: I " our battery charger is much better than yours" so it s not my problem" and "the battery is perfect!", those words been very rude. At the end of the day he wanted to cut the discussion offering me a refund, he didn't wont to deal anymore with me and no explain to me why I was wrong. I didn't want a refund only i needed was to found a solution, unfortunately I was the only one open to discuss. I even offered to buy i new one to prove that was s battery problem. Now i am without a good battery and no solution.

  Top mob ,and best prices in Perth. Had an issue with a Delkor battery in warranty period and they tested and replaced asap. Won't go anywhere else as always been good to deal with.

  I rang around & found these guy's sell quality batteries.
  My Suzuki Swift 2016 needed a battery.
  They tested my old battery & gave me a better price than anyone else.
  I wouldn't hesitate recommending Challenge batteries WA. Osborne Park.
