  From the very start, Chris Beck and Dale Alcock Homes have been a pleasure to deal with, always more than willing to offer tips on design, talk through all the different options whilst keeping a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  
  I'm a customer that struggle to visualize what things will look like so having someone there who understands the struggle and can provide physical references, personal recommendations and reassurance, has been an immeasurable help in designing my new home.
  
  Nothing is ever too much and the team at Dale Alcock Homes has given me confidence along with honest, realistic expectations for when I'll be in my new home.

  You know you are in safe hands when you are building with Dales. Quinten Smith went above and beyond to make things work for me. We went back and forth on the design many times until it was perfect and worked in my budget. He understood my vision very well!

  Built a new home with Dale Alcock in 2010 all. The tiling in the wet areas carried out by them have cracked and the water proofing leaking and in the laundry have fallen off the wall. Notified them of the problems in 2018 while they were carrying out ceiling and cracked wall repairs on the house . They said it’s not covered under their warranty. Most of their band aid fixes they performed have not lasted!
  
  Friends built with content living and had same issue as we had in the wet areas . And their builder fixed it with no hesitation at all and painted their house for them !

  This is the first home my husband and I have built, we have always heard such negative things about building. However Dale Alcock made the process seamless! From pre-start to key handover It was a fantastic! The quality of the home is sensational, and the build time was fantastic, the layout is amazing and so is the quality it feels like luxury at home! We love living in it! We had no issue with the build process and was always kept in the loop with our client liaison. I would recommend anyone building a new home to consider Dales. They went above and beyond for us. Thank you everyone at Dales for making our dream home a reality!
