  Do not recommend taking your car here! After being told it was going to take 1 week, it took 3 weeks with me sending my car back 6 times!! Finger prints on the paint, the panels didn’t like up, they painted my black rims white as when they sprayed my car they didn’t remove the rear bumper nor did they cover the rims and had so many more issues. On the quote it said remove and replace bumper, when I asked them if it was a new bumper they said yes. However, they didn’t know that on the second day of them having my car I drove past and took photos and it had clearly been repaired. They lie, quality or work is poor, and not professional at all. So many other car repair places in Osborne Park, don’t waste your money and time on this place- go elsewhere!

  I had a project mx-5 in dire need of body work and now paint, I went to multiple different panel beaters who all told me the job was too much. Then Primo decided to take the car at a lower price than I had been quoted at the other places. They repaired the body work, fitted fender flares and painted the exterior and interior to very high quality. The only drawback and reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the wait time was vague and got pushed back a couple of times. Other than that, it was a pleasure working with them.

  Great customer service from bill and their boys, done an amazing restoration job on my car, done professional job with satisfactory looked after my car and cleaned at the time of pick up. Pleased to have my vehicle restored by bill and their boys. I recommend everyone to give a go with them because they give fare price and does amazing work…

  Worst experience I've ever had taking my car anywhere. Appalling customer service and multiple trips required just to get paint scan done. Damage is still present all over the new doors. Eg see photo.
