  UltraTune more like Tone-Deaf.
  
  Do not and I repeat DO NOT get your car inspected for going over the pits here. The inspector needs to keep his ego alive by failing cars for cosmetic reasons. I took my list of reasons why my car failed and my car to my local mechanic, and when I say he laughed out loud as to why it failed; that's an understatement of the year (and this is 2020 people). I was so unimpressed over the lack of customer service and lack of genuine human empathy. Incredibly unprofessional and he even sighed when I handed over my paperwork. I asked him if he could provide me with a quote for the areas he decreed that needs to be fixed and not only was I met with a sigh again, but I was told that one won't be available for FIVE days.
  
  Although I must say when I did pick up my car there was a Scottish guy that gave me my car keys. If I was dealing with him throughout this ordeal then I do believe that my experience would have been a better one. Alas, sorry dude but it doesn't raise my one star review. but keep being great and lovely.

  I have bought 3 cars here over the last couple of years for roadworthy inspections and have found them to be nothing than professional with the whole process from start to finish.
  I see they get a bit of a bum wrap from some reviews, I have never found what they talk about to be the case. These guys are great. Customer service is the best.

  I have been in WA nearly a year and have been looking for a good mechanic. Used these guys for a pit inspection and a couple of repairs. Seem like good honest guys. I’ll be back.

  I found Ultra Tune Osbourne Park extremely professional, efficient and reasonably priced. The work is of a high quality, communication was excellent and the work was completed very quickly. I will certainly use them in the future and I highly recommend them.
